Individual contributor position responsible for the maintaining of Raw material digital library, update FLEX PLM Raw Materials trackers & creating new RM in FLEX, responsible for tracking sample yardage and maintain the trackers.

The contractor will be also be responsible to initiating and tracking to the development garment testing. Supporting the team with follow up on new Raw Materials developments (with mills and vendors).

The contractor will also maintain the WIPS reports and will be expected to participate in brand meetings speaking to RM QA status.

Must be familiar with FLEX PLM, experience with Raw Materials and / or Product Development will be preferred. Applicants should be detail-oriented, comfortable with multi tasking and navigating across various levels of our team.

Could you provide a little background on the department and the team they will be working on?

This is for the Glamour Raw Material team, we work on 3 different pillars. We are a fast-paced department with priorities changing based on business needs.

We are looking for a candidate that can support the front-end creative part of Raw Material development through the back end.

There is a heavy lift of data entry, sending packages. Fabric library help and deck updating daily.

What are some things that would stand out from candidates?

If they know inDesign that would be great but not 100% needed we can train.

What are some disqualifiers?

Remote only ( this is a at least 3 day a week in office must be open to more if needed)

Must be super open to the data entry and report running

Very deadline driven, and priorities shift. Typical day is managing emails, chats & upkeep of PLM.
